• Firearms are allowed in the classroom – they are required to be unloaded, and locked open with a chamber flag.
• On the range, they are to be unloaded with the slide locked open. Mags can be pre-loaded for the qualification.
• All courses include live fire at a range unless otherwise noted.

Start time is 09:00 for Beyond Basics and Concealed Handgun Permit classes. Arrive by 08:45.

BUILD CONFIDENCE AND COMPETENCE classes begin at 10:00 on Saturdays or 11:00 on Sundays. Pre-requisites: safety competence, your own pistol, a minimum of 200 rounds, ear and eye protection, belt and holster (or other carry option).

• Range wear guidelines for your protection:
  • A billed cap
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Eye and ear protection
  • Snug collar
  • Long pants
• What to bring
  • Pistol, rounds of ammunition and extra magazines.
  • Snacks and a beverage (or lunch) for any class.
  • Notebook and pen.
  • Cash for range fees or ammo depending on range location.
• ***Available to borrow for class: hat, ear and eye pro and a pistol. Ammo is $15 per box.
• ***Ammunition and rental pistols are available at commercial ranges for their regular fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds for no-shows.  If a refund is authorized, it will be net of fees incurred.

Rescheduling:

• 3 days’ notice is required, and we will hold your seat for another class. 
• You may reschedule twice before forfeiting the class fee. 
• We encourage you to fill your seat with a substitute if you find you can no longer attend this class.
